I undertook yoga teacher training to explore my practice further and gain more knowledge and understanding of how the benefits of regular yoga practice can enhance my own health & wellbeing.  I opened the studio in the area to encourage more people to experience the joy and benefits of yoga.  For many yoga is about the postures, or believe they need to be flexible to come to class - the real practice of yoga is mastering your breath and the rest will come to you.

Our classes are accessible, and inclusive and take place 5 times per week.

LESLEY'S CLASSES:

LESLEY

Monday: Vinyasa 6.30pm (60 minutes)

Tuesday : Classical Pilates 6:30pm - 7:30pm 

Wednesday: Vinyasa 6pm (60 minutes), Yin 7.30pm (90 minutes)

Friday : slow Flow 7:30am - 8:15am

Sunday: Yin 11am (90 minutes)

LAURA

I've been a qualified level 2 Pilates teacher since 2009. Pilates is my passion and I'm so lucky to be able to do it as a job. I was a fitness and qualified dance instructor for many years at an intense vigorous level which resulted in developing a lower back weakness, so I decided to help this condition by getting into Pilates and yoga which help enormously and prevented further damage and this is what inspired me to obtain my qualification and help others to maintain their health & wellbeing. My classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced using variety of options where you can select a level that best suits your own ability.

Emily

I'm currently a trainee yoga teacher studying seasonal yoga.  I have practiced yoga for many years finding the benefits of it had improved my running and my wellbeing.  I wanted to share what I've learned and gained from yoga with others.

I will be specialising in early morning classes and more strength incorporated into your class whilst still being in tune with our breath.

Saturday: Vinyasa power 10.30am (60 minutes)
