Selecting "Class information" above will provide a drop down list and some more information about the classes I teach.

Being in a class environment can be such a nurturing experience when sharing this space with like minded people, you will experience lots of positive energies as well as friendly and mutual support from everyone.

 

Please consider the following information in preparation of a class:-

  • Arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before class to allow you to settle onto your mat before practice and so that we can discuss any necessary adjustments.
     

  • Arrive well hydrated and it is best not to eat a large meal approximately 2 hours before class.

  •  I have mats that you can use however you may prefer to bring your own.

  • Wear loose or stretchy clothing, you may wish to consider a top layer that you can remove as you start to generate heat during your practice.
     

  • You may wish to bring your own blanket or a warm jumper and socks for the mediation/savasana at the end of class.
     

If you are pregnant, have any injuries, illness or medical condition that may have an impact on your practice please inform me before class.

Booking & Payment

It would be much apprecited if you could book your class in advance using the "book" tab at the top of the page.

You have the option of selecting and paying for individual classes or by selecting the drop down tab "Plans & pricing" you may prefer to some of the block booking options.

The prefered payment method is to use the online booking system or you may wish to pay in person when you arrive. 

Refund policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24hrs before the class and receive a full refund.
