Chair Yoga in Paisley

Our Chair Yoga class, led by Lesley, draws on her extensive experience in both yoga and Pilates. Each session is thoughtfully adapted so that postures are accessible and safe for those with limited mobility or compromised balance. Using the support of a chair, along with additional props when needed, the class helps to gently build strength, improve stability, and enhance confidence in movement.

As with all yoga and Pilates practices, the fundamentals of deep breathing and the mind–body connection remain at the heart of every class, supporting relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing.
