Our Vinyasa classes offer a flowing, breath-led practice that builds strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility in a supportive and welcoming environment. Movement is linked with breath to create a continuous, mindful flow that supports both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Each class includes grounding breathwork, standing and floor-based sequences, balance work, and a calming relaxation to finish. Options and modifications are always offered, making this class suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners and anyone wanting to build confidence, fitness, and body awareness at their own pace.

Chair Yoga Class Refund Policy All Chair Yoga class purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking has been made and payment received, no refunds will be issued. This includes instances where a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason.
