Outwith our current time table the studio may be hired for a minimum period of 2hrs , half day or full day.

Equipment, Utilities and amenities.

The studio has the following Yoga/Pilates equipment for use ;

• 20 yoga mats

• 15 bolsters

• 12 meditation cushions

• 20 pillows

• 20 eye pillows

• Blankets

• 50 yoga bricks

• 20 yoga blocks

• 20 straps/belts

• 18 x 9inch soft Pilates balls

• 30 resistance bands (10 x light, medium & heavy)

The studio is heated using overhead infra red panels they are set to come on ½ before  booking time with the additional option of infra red heaters to boost the temperature if required.

​

You will be able to gain access from the time of your booking and you must vacate the studio for the booking end time, any delay will result in an additional 1hr charge of £15.

Refreshment options

​

We have equipment for you to provide your own refreshmnets  i.e. hot water urn’s, coffee pots, jugs, disposable cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and napkins or you may wish for us to provide this for you. Please note there is an additional cost if you require access to this equipment and/or refreshments.

We offer 

• Tea (regular tea and or selection of loose leaf teas)

• Coffee (3 litre air pots available (approx. 15 cups), caffeinated or decaf,£10 each .

• Bottled water, Apple or Orange juice

• Selection of semi skimmed and dairy free milk.

• Selection of biscuits and or fruit

We do not have any catering/cooking facilities however, if you wish to provide your own food we have a selection of serving dishes, plates and serving utensils if required and we also have one under the counter fridge for keeping a small amount of food chilled.

Additional information

Full payment of hire is required at the point of booking this is non-refundable unless there is a 48hr cancelation notice period.

Free parking both onsite and in street nearby.

You may decorate the studio to meet any theme/focus of your event and all decoration must be removed at the end of the booking and the studio cleared of any such decoration, litter etc.

Decoration may be attached to the outside entrance of the studio on the day and has to be removed and disposed of  at the end of the booking .
