Not sure whether Yoga or Pilates is right for you?
This 5-week course is an invitation to explore both, gently and without pressure.
Starting Sunday 18th January, we’ll meet every Sunday from 2–4pm for a supportive, slow-paced journey into the foundations of yoga and Pilates. Across the five weeks, you’ll experience vinyasa yoga, seasonal yoga flow, classical Pilates, restorative yin, Yoga Nidra, and meditation — all taught with care, guidance, and space to reflect.
This course also gives you the opportunity to meet the teachers at the studio and experience their individual teaching styles:
• Gordon will guide you through the fundamentals of classical Pilates, focusing on strength, control, and stability
• Dan will share his area of expertise in Yoga Nidra and meditation, offering deep rest and nervous system support
• Lesley and Allly will lead seasonal and vinyasa yoga practices, restorative yin, and bring the course together with integration and reflection.
You’ll be supported to:
• Learn the foundations of both practices
• Explore breath, movement, strength, and stillness
• Develop awareness of your own body and range of movement
• Discover which practice best supports you
This isn’t about performance and is suitable for complete beginners — it’s about connection, curiosity, and choice.
And from here, you may just find a practice (and a community) you wish to continue with.
